Having informed you of his plan to survey the citizens to learn what they envision for the Firmament, he asks for the pleasure of your company before setting out for the Jeweled Crozier, where he expects to find a diverse assortment of people.īy a twist of fate, those citizens whom you surveyed were all your prior acquaintances-the ever-saucy Hilda, the ever-unflappable Briardien, and the ever-hopeless Emmanellain. It is revealed that he was chosen to be lord overseer of the project, and thanks to his influence, you are given an exemption from requiring a work permit. In the middle of your conversation with Thomelin, an old acquaintance arrives on the scene-Lord Francel de Haillenarte, whom you saved from a heretic's fate once upon a time. Interested parties are invited to seek out a man named Thomelin in the Brume to be shown to the district. Glancing over the notice, you learn that a large-scale reconstruction project has commenced in the Ishgardian district called the Firmament, and able hands are being sought for the works. Wait for passersby at the Jeweled Crozier.Empyreum Northwest and Empyreum Northeast are based on this area.Prominently posted, the notice fairly jumps out at you. The Eastern Risensong Quarter contains Snowsoak Springs, a public bath. In the Western Risensong Quarter is the hospital Ser Vaindreau's Grace, named after the deceased Very Reverend Adamantite Ser Vaindreau de Rouchemande, former leader of the Heaven's Ward. At its northern edge on Quill's Trace can be found Bright Ballad's Passage, connecting the Firmament to Empyreum. The northern districts residential districts of the Firmament. Empyreum Southeast is based on this area. It also houses Rolanberry Field, an orphanage run by retired Temple Knights. Many homeless residents of the Brume have migrated here at the invitation of the project overseer, Francel de Haillenarte. The first sub-section of the ward to be rebuilt. The other promenades branching off from the central plaza are the Abacus to the west, Quill's Trace to the north, and Saint Roelle's Dais to the east, the latter being popular among Dravanian visitors and citizens.
